To better assist our customers and participants we have compiled some of the most frequently asked questions regarding this site, leagues, happy hours, and other CSL events and outings.

LEAGUES

1.  What is the tournament policy for rainout's?

We make every attempt to play our tournaments on a week to week basis.  However if a tournament does get cancelled due to rain, court conditions arising out of the previous days rain, or acts of God, there will be every effort made to notify all teams.  If a cancellation is made after office hours, teams can check the office voicemail, (533-9386), or the home page on the web site, www.goOVT.com. In either case instructions will be clearly stated as on how to proceed.  In the case of a tournament being cancelled due to weather, pre-paid tournament fees can be applied to a future tournament.

2. Can I pay the day of a tournament?

The OVT would appreciate the pre-payment of all tournament fees.  Assuming that you pre-register (via email), you can pay the day of assuming that the tournament is not full.  All pre-paying teams will receive priority over day-of paying teams.  You can pre-pay your tournaments online at www.goOVT.com.  The registration process takes approximately 3-5 minutes to complete.

Starting in 2008, day of payments will incur a $5 per player surcharge.  If the tournament fee is $60 and you pay day of you will be paying $70.

1.  Where can I find tournament schedules and standings?

The goOVT.com website is designed so that all tournament information is at your finger tips.  Please select the tab for either Tournaments, or Standings on the top Navigation, and you begins locating the information you are looking for.

2.  How do I go about registering for tournaments on your site?

OVT now takes credit cards on line, and encourage teams register via the web for all tournaments.  Click on the tournament  you would like to play in, and location you want to play, click the register button.  This will begin the registration and check out procedure.  The whole process takes approximately 3-5 minutes.

3. How do I get my picture on your site?

Smile.  OVT is constantly photographing our participants in action, both on the court and at the bars.  Be friendly out going, and you'll surely end up on the OVT site.
